Ahmed Rahma, a teaching assistant in the Public Relations and Advertising Department, has earned a master’s degree with distinction and a recommendation to exchange his thesis among universities. His research, titled "Foreign Perceptions of Egypt’s Image to Develop the Strategic Management of the National Brand," was supervised by Dr. Karimane Mohamed Farid and Dr. Alaa Fawzy. The discussion panel included Dr. Sami Abdel Aziz, a professor of Public Relations, and Dr. Mostafa Mohamed Mostafa El-Fiqi, a political science professor.

Rahma is the first teaching assistant with disabilities to achieve this milestone at Cairo University’s Faculty of Mass Communication. Throughout his academic journey, he excelled, securing the top position in his class and being appointed as a teaching assistant in his department. Despite losing his sight during his first year of primary school, Rahma overcame challenges with perseverance and the unwavering support of his mother, Nagat Ali Ahmed, who was honored by Egypt’s First Lady, Entissar El-Sisi, on International Women’s Day as a symbol of success.
