In line with the social responsibility mission of the Faculty of Mass Communication at Cairo University, a student delegation visited the Baheya Foundation hospital in Sheikh Zayed today. The visit aimed to raise awareness about breast cancer and explore avenues for future collaboration between the academic institution and the renowned healthcare foundation.

The initiative was held under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Wesam Nasr, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication, and organized by the Center for Media Training, Documentation, and Production, under the supervision of Associate Professor Dr. Amany Reda, the Center`s Director.

During the visit, the delegation toured the hospital’s permanent exhibition and recreation centers, which provide psychological and social support to patients. The visit concluded with discussions on future cooperation, focusing on how media students can contribute to Baheya’s mission through volunteer work and awareness campaigns.
