The Graduate Studies Office, led by Faculty Dean Professor Dr. Wesam Nasr, extends its congratulations to the creative teams behind the projects "What Was Not Seen" and "Under the Ashes" for their success at the 10th El Shorouk Festival for Media Student Creations 2026.

The short film "What Was Not Seen" secured first place in the Short Narrative Film category. Produced as part of the graduation project for the Television Production Diploma, the film was supervised by Associate Professor Dr. Marwa Mahmoud and Director Sameh El-Shawadi. Prepared by students Karim Abdel Aziz and Rania Ibrahim, the film explores the theme of judging people and situations without seeing the full, hidden details of the picture.

In the Radio Productions category, the project "Under the Ashes" achieved second place. This radio work was produced within the Drama course of the Television Production Diploma, under the supervision of Dr. Heba Fathy. The Graduate Studies Office and Dean Dr. Wesam Nasr commend the teams for their distinguished efforts and achievements within the festival.
