In the presence of a number of African Ministers of Environment, the Minister of Environment also participated in the session "Building Resilience and Creating Climate Opportunities for Women and Girls", which was held in the United Kingdom Pavilion on the sidelines of the conference meetings, with the aim of working to try to facilitate adaptation measures for women and girls in Africa and to build a network From African leaders on climate issues.
She explained that the design of the thematic days and the global initiatives launched at the COP27 climate conference were linked to Egypt`s national efforts in addressing the effects of climate change, so as to meet human needs in light of what the world is witnessing in 2022 of crises in energy, food and the global economic crisis.
