Prof. Dr. Hanan Gunaid, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication at Cairo University, revealed the details of the work plan during the coming period, noting that the faculty is in the process of launching a comprehensive news website that addresses the public, after completing the process of training students accurately, pointing out that the faculty is in the process of obtaining international accreditation from a notable German International Accreditation Authority So that the degree of the Faculty of Mass Communication becomes an international certificate.
Dr. Hanan Gunaid said in statements to "Youm7" that the mid-term exams witnessed regularity in the faculty, as they were held in attendance for the first time, halls were allocated inside the faculty for exams, and they were held according to the Bubble Sheet system and essay questions according to the nature of the course.

Dr. Hanan Gunaid added that the training center in the faculty is carrying out a plan according to the activities and the training program that has been developed in various fields, whether digital media, radio, television and digital media, explaining that each academic program has a training program and the faculty has the highest levels of training at the level of universities where it is equipped Laboratories for training students. Also an integrated journalism and training laboratory and a set of training programs to raise the efficiency of members of the supporting staff. Besides the training and practical programs and workshops in the Public Relations Department, most of which are provided free of charge and at reasonable prices to support students.
She pointed out that, in implementation of the directives of Dr. Mohamed El-Khosht, President of Cairo University, work will be done to implement a set of digital transformation programs and organize training courses, whether for trainees or researchers at the Public Opinion Center, as required by society, various bodies and researchers, and we cooperate with various bodies and institutions that have a position in society and benefit in development in line with the state`s plan for the strategy and development plan Egypt 2030, where training programs are implemented, "follow-up" the faculty has turned into a practical faculty more than a theoretical one, and the same thing is about blended learning, and every subject has a training aspect.

Dr. Hanan Junaid, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication at Cairo University, added that experts in various fields will be brought in to train students, whether in Arabic or English. The Radio Department will invite experts to develop students` capabilities in the specialized professional aspects needed by radio graduates.
The Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication at Cairo University indicated that among the training side for the students, an English website was launched for them to train them in collecting, editing and drafting information and news. For the next stage the faculty is considering launching a comprehensive news website for the public that is not specialized in faculty news only.
Regarding the qualification of students for the labor market, Dr. Hanan Junaid confirmed that the faculty always organizes an employment forum that is coordinated to provide opportunities for students, each according to his specialization and the study program he has obtained.
She added that the faculty is in the process of receiving a committee from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Education to accredit the faculty during the coming period, in addition to the international accreditation that the faculty seeks to obtain from the German Academic Exchange Commission contracting with the university so that the certificate of the Faculty of Mass Communication at Cairo University will become an international certificate equivalent to all international certificates in the framework of the directives of Dr. Mohammad Al-Khosht, President of the University, within the plan to transform into fourth-generation universities.
