Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, on the sidelines of the periodic meeting of the Supreme Council of Universities in the New Administrative Capital, witnessed signing a cooperation protocol between the Supreme Council of Universities and the Foundation for a decent life to support development efforts in the governorates.
The protocol was signed by Dr. Mohammad Latif, Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Universities, and on behalf of the Foundation for decent life Ms. Aya Omar, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation.

The cooperation protocol aims to strengthen partnership with the Council in all universities, institutes, academies and affiliated centers to improve the educational, health, economic and social level of the most needy families at the level of the Republic, unify the state`s efforts in the health file and the most needy groups, relieve citizens, increase the number of medical, veterinary and agricultural convoys, exchange data and information, and provide awareness and educational services on various social and health issues for citizens, cooperation in organizing workshops, seminars and conferences, and joint coordination between the partner agencies to implement all the provisions of the protocol. .

The protocol also aims to pay attention to the engineering aspect and beautify Egyptian villages with the Decent Life initiative, through the coordination of the Supreme Council of Universities with the faculties of fine and applied arts and engineering in Egyptian universities, to beautify and develop the villages and governorates of the "Decent Life" initiative, by designing and creating a number of architectural and artistic drawings and plastic arts to beautify the fields, especially through graduation projects that can be used to highlight the cultural and aesthetic aspect of Egyptian villages.
The protocol also aims for the Supreme Council of Universities to implement several training programs in various faculties of Egyptian universities, to develop the capabilities of the citizens of the villages and governorates of the initiative, and to grant them training certificates; to qualify them for the labor market in the fields of technology and digital transformation.
