Among the top 400 universities, with a 20% improvement over the university`s ranking last year, with the same classification. Elkhosht said that Cairo University continues its series of achievements in the international rankings file, which confirms the excellence and leadership of Cairo University locally, regionally, and globally with multiple classifications, which are considered by neutral international bodies, indicating that the university was present in this classification among the best 1.5% of all universities The world, while it is in other classifications such as the Dutch Leiden within the top 1% of the world.
Dr. Elkhosht pointed out that Cairo University has implemented many plans with the aim of making the university universal, and within 5 years we have achieved our goal and what we promised, especially in developing international scientific publishing policies for faculty members in prestigious scientific journals and periodicals, in addition to developing the educational process and international accreditations for programs , developing and establishing new colleges, as well as developing and establishing laboratories, and winning scientific awards, which led to attracting many international cooperation projects to support its various scientific activities, as well as attracting the best students to join the universit .
