At the beginning of the meeting, the minister stressed the depth of the historical relations between Egypt and France, especially in the fields of higher education and scientific research, reviewing the successful models of cooperation between the two countries, which reflect the bonds of friendship between them, including the signing of the agreement to re-establish the French University in Egypt, which is a pillar of cooperation.
