Prof. Dr. Hanan Gunaid, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication, Cairo University, announced that the Egyptian Faculty of Mass Journals for Media and Public Opinion Research at the Faculty of Mass Communication, Cairo University, received the highest rating of Q1, according to the eighth annual Arcif Laboratories report for the year 2023, received at the beginning of this October.

In this regard, Prof. Dr. Hanan Gunaid, Dean of the Faculty, extended her sincere congratulations to the professors and faculty members, the Faculty Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs, and those in charge of managing the editorship of the two magazines, Public Opinion and Media Research, noting that providing distinguished scientific periodicals is among the Faculty’s primary concerns.

The Dean indicated that the college’s journals being ranked top Q1 in the Arcif Labs 2023 report is a sign that research efforts have achieved a high level of development and research novelty in published scientific papers, which is an essential factor in achieving the achievement included in the Arcif Labs report.
