Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Elkhosht and Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Faculty of Mass Communication, Cairo University and the Academy’s Faculty of Mass Communication, Alexandria Branch, on Sunday, at the faculty’s headquarters at Cairo University, regarding providing training for students in centers And the laboratories of the Faculty of Mass Communication, Cairo University, in addition to providing the opportunity for the academy’s faculty members to referee and publish research in scientific journals of the Faculty. 

The signing ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Hanan Gunaid, Faculty Dean, Prof. Dr. Abeer Rifqi, Dean of the Academy of Media, Alexandria Branch, Prof. Dr. Nashwa Akl, Director of the Documentation and Training Center, Prof. Dr. Nermin Al-Azraq, Coordinator of the English Program in the Journalism Department, and Dr. Alaa Fawzi, Coordinator of international relations at the faculty and a group of Faculty leaders and administration.
