Under the patronage of Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Innovators and Geniuses Fund of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is organizing the Innovation Forum (Innovation Arena) on the sidelines of the Cairo International Technology Fair (Cairo ICT), which will be held from November 19 to 22.

Dr. Diaa Khalil, Executive Director of the Fund for the Innovators and Geniuses, confirmed that the Fund’s organization of the Innovation Forum at the Cairo International Technology Fair comes within the framework of implementing the National Strategy for Higher Education and Scientific Research 2030, which is based in one of its axes on encouraging entrepreneurship and linking education with industry, noting that the Forum Innovation aims to provide a platform that brings together entrepreneurs, experts, and entities supporting the entrepreneurship sector with the aim of exchanging experiences, knowledge, and enhancing cooperation in order to develop emerging companies.

Dr. Diaa Khalil added that the Fund for Welfare of Innovators and Geniuses will provide, through the Innovation Forum, many different services to entrepreneurs, including providing financing to Egyptian startup companies in the establishment or growth stage, in addition to the Fund providing guidance and counseling services to entrepreneurs, through a network of experts and mentors in the field of entrepreneurship.
