Dr. AymanAshour, Minister of higher education and scientific research, chaired the periodic meeting of the fund`s Board of directors for improving conditions for workers in governmental universities without university`s staff in the presence of Dr. Mansour Hassan, president of BeniSuef University, vice chairman of the fund`s Board of Directors, Dr. Atef al Awam, financial advisor to the Minister, SamehSayed, legal advisor to the minister, and members of the fund`s board at the ministry`s headquarters .

Ashour stressed his full pride and keen interest in all administrative staff at universities, as they are essential partners in the efforts to ensure the success of the educational process, expressing his full understanding of their financial demands, and his serious pursuit to achieve their financial stability, and meet their ambitions and aspirations.
Ashour pointed out his keenness to complete and activate the role of the fund in order to achieve the interests of the administrative workers in the universities, welcoming all the proposals of the council members, which would maximize the role of the fund, in improving the conditions of the administrative workers in the universities.

During the meeting, the minister of Higher Education stressed the need for solidarity and cooperation of all concerned authorities in order to improve the conditions of administrative workers in universities in the future.

For his part, Dr. Mansour Hassan praised the important role of administrative workers in universities to ensure the success of the educational process, stressing the importance of improving their conditions in line with Egypt`s Vision 2030, through the provision of various healths, social and recreational services.

The board also reviewed the financial position of the fund and the executive procedures to activate the decisions of the board, and discussed mechanisms for the development of the fund`s financial balances during the coming period
