Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Wesam Nasr, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication at Cairo University, and the general supervision of Dr. Hala El-Sayed, Program Director, students of the First Level Television Production Diploma have completed two significant media projects as part of their "Television Photography" course. The projects were supervised by Dr. Sara Fawzi, Lecturer in the Radio and Television Department, and Mr. Ahmed Rahma, Academic Coordinator of the program.

The first project, a historical television episode, was produced by a student team including Omar Salah El-Din, Nagy Abdo, Diaa El-Sayed, Mohamed Mostafa, Rayhan Rafea, Irene Safwat, and Maryam Zakaria. The episode explores the "Mustansirite Hardship" (Al-Shidda al-Mustansiriya), detailing the historical famine and the Egyptian state`s resilience in overcoming that period of crisis.

In the second project, student Sylvia Serry produced a short documentary focusing on the Children`s Cancer Hospital Egypt 57357. The film highlights the hospital’s exceptional efforts in pediatric oncology, the quality of its medical services, and its vital health and social contributions to the community. These projects reflect the program’s commitment to combining academic instruction with practical television production skills.
