The signing of the agreement was attended by Dr. AmrTalaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, and Dr. AymanAshour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, Secretary General of the Supreme Council of University Hospitals, and Eng. Adel Hamed, Managing Director and CEO of Telecom Egypt.
After the signing, Dr. AmrTalaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, indicated that the signing of this agreement comes within the framework of the role played by the Ministry and Telecom Egypt, which is the country`s national telecom operator, thanks to its broad base of customers, and in light of Its interest in the reality of the Egyptian society, where the company is making great efforts and many activities to take care of the first categories of care; Either through its advanced communications services, or through pioneering its social responsibility.

Adel Hamed, Managing Director and CEO of Telecom Egypt, continued to clarify the company`s role in this agreement, explaining that the contracts and agreements regulating these partnerships are among the best means that can be resorted to to achieve integration and cooperation to mitigate the effects of the main problems of our society.
