Confronting global warming is the title of Asian participation in the 27th Climate Summit

    During his speech at the "Green Middle East Initiative" summit, which comes within the framework of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change "COP27", the Saudi Crown Prince added that achieving the desired goals of the ambitious Middle East initiative requires continued regional cooperation and active contributions by Member States; To contribute to achieving global climate goals, and to implement their commitments at a faster pace within the framework of the relevant international agreement.
    He said that the Kingdom will host the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the "Green Middle East" initiative, and will contribute 2.5 billion dollars in support of its projects and budget over the next 10 years.

    In this regard, Kuwaiti Crown Prince Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah delivered the State of Kuwait’s speech at the conference of the second edition of the Summit of the Green Middle East Initiative, held in Sharm El-Sheikh, in the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt. The New Kuwait Vision 2035 is an essential pillar, centered on a sustainable living environment, through which it seeks to achieve environmental sustainability and fulfill its environmental commitments to the international community.
