Under the auspices of Dr. Alkhosht and the participation of a group of law professors and experts: Today, the role of medium, small and micro enterprises in achieving sustainable development between reality and aspirations are on the research table at the annual Conference of faculty of Law.
The conference discusses the legislative frameworks for projects, ways to confront their financing obstacles, and the role of banks and stock markets in their development, and presents a new vision for the role of these projects for sustainable development. .

The Faculty of Law at Cairo University, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Othman Alkhosht, President of the University, and Dr. Abdel Hadi Fawzy Al-Awadi, Faculty Acting Dean of Law, is organizing the annual conference under the title “The Role of Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises in Achieving Sustainable Development - Egypt Vision 2030”, which continues on the 8th and 9th of November at the Faculty Theater, with the participation of a group of law professors, experts, researchers, and students.
The conference includes several main themes, including legislative frameworks for medium, small and micro enterprises and the entities that support and finance them, the role of stock markets, banks, and non-bank financial institutions, the role of private equity investment funds in the development of these projects, and the role of medium, small and micro enterprises in achieving Economic development and the Egyptian experience in the field of developing medium, small and micro enterprises: reality and expectations. .

The two-day conference sessions will discuss small, medium, and micro enterprises, which are the lifeline for the economies of developing countries in terms of the legal and legislative system for them, the obstacles to their financing and ways to address them, the state’s efforts to develop small, medium and micro enterprises to achieve sustainable development, and innovative and modern means of financing these projects. The closing session will also discuss the new vision for the role of these projects in achieving sustainable development.
