Under the patronage of Dr. Mohamed Sami Abdel Sadiq, President of Cairo University, the International Branch of the Faculty of Mass Communication hosted an intensive professional workshop titled "Mastering Mobile Content Creation." The event was held under the supervision of Dr. Heba Nouh, Assistant to the University President for International Branch Affairs, and Dr. Wesam Nasr, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication. The program was coordinated by Dr. Marwa Mahmoud Abdullah, Academic Supervisor of the International Branch, and Dr. Sara Mahmoud Khater, Coordinator of the English Journalism Program at the International Branch.

The workshop featured specialized training sessions led by Mr. Omar Abdel Nasser, Head of the Mobile Studio at Al-Qahira News Channel, alongside Mr. Mohamed Zidan, a prominent investigative journalist and international media trainer. The experts focused on bridging the gap between academic theories and the rapidly evolving technical requirements of the modern digital newsroom.

The first session opened with an interactive dialogue led by Mr. Mohamed Zidan, who explored the underlying philosophy of photography and the psychological impact of visual composition. He provided a detailed analysis of why specific camera angles are chosen to convey particular messages, encouraging students to think critically about the narrative purpose behind every shot they take.

This was followed by an in-depth presentation by Mr. Omar Abdel Nasser, who demonstrated the various techniques and perspectives essential for high-end visual storytelling. He showcased the latest methodologies used in creating professional-grade video content using smartphones, emphasizing that the quality of the story often depends on the creator`s mastery of their tools rather than the size of their equipment.
