Faculty of Mass communication , Cairo University, has completed its preparations to celebrate the graduation of Dr. Mahmoud Alam El Din’s class of 2021-2022 students. The graduation ceremony will be held at the Cairo Opera House on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, under the auspices of Dr. Mohamed Othman Elkhosht, President of Cairo University, and Dr. Hanan Junaid, Dean of the Faculty.

The celebration is a tribute to the efforts made in the educational process

Dr. Hanan Junaid said that this year`s graduation celebration comes in a manner befitting the name and status of the Faculty of Mass Communication, the pioneer of mass media colleges in Egypt and the Middle East, noting that the ceremony is a tribute to the efforts made in the educational process and a well-deserved honor that the College of Mass Communication gives thanks to its honorable professors and students.
The Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication at Cairo University stated that the graduation ceremony program includes playing military music, playing the national anthem, and reciting verses from the Holy Qur’an, followed by speeches by the vice-presidents of the university, then the speech of graduates from the undergraduate stage, then the speech of graduates from the postgraduate stage. The President of the Student Union gives a speech, followed by a film about the Faculty of Mass Communication, then announcing the graduation of the 2021 and 2022 batches and taking the oath for the batch, then the ceremony honoring the students begins.
It is worth noting that the administration of the College of Mass communication formed a committee to organize the celebration and its exit in an optimal manner. The committee included the faculty`s professors and experts in the field of organizing major events and celebrations. The celebration program was prepared in accordance with the organizational procedures followed for the ceremony, where bachelor students will be honored in the departments of journalism, radio and television, public relations and advertising. And taking a group photo for them with the college administration, then honoring the students of the English section and taking a group photo for them with the college administration, followed by a ceremony honoring postgraduate students, master’s and doctoral holders and professional diplomas, and a group photo for them, then the closing of the events.
